Full papers either describe innovative original work in detail or provide critical, well-referenced overviews of key developments or good practice in the areas outlined above. Full papers will be assessed using the following criteria:
* Originality of the approach to implementation
* Generality of the methods and results described
* Quality of the contribution to the implementation community
* Significance of the results presented
Submitted papers will be carefully selected by a panel of adjudicators who are competent in the related themes. Forty selected papers from all over the world, will officially be invited to attend The 53rd IAAS World Congress and will be required to present his/her paper during the congress.
The paper must have been submitted at least on May 3rd, 2010 at 09.00 pm, Indonesia time (GMT +7.00) in the .pdf format to the official email : paper.wocoipb@gmail.com
The selected paper will be announced in on June 7th, 2010 at 09.00 pm, Indonesia time (GMT +7.00) in IAAS 53rd World Congress's Official Website and sent to the participants via e-mail.
The presentation slide(s) of the selected paper(s) must have been submitted at least on 10th of July 2010 at 09.00 pm, Indonesia time (GMT +7.00).
